Fernando is a Human Resources and Learning consultant with more than 20 years of business experience. Recently he served as the Sr Director of Learning and Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Marriott Hotels.

He is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and experienced coach, and has facilitated leadership and strategic workshops and presented in conferences in Latin America, Europe, Middle East & Asia.

Fernando's greatest passion is helping teams through team development interventions like team building and discovery experiences and facilitating learning that make a lasting impact.

Birgit defines herself as happiness ambassador, balance blogger and career enabler.
She is a hotel specialist, graduated in translation studies and holds certifications as Business Coach and practitioner for MBTI (R), Emotional Intelligence, NLP and Relaxation. She has more than 20 years of professional experience and held leadership roles in Hotel Operations, Human Resources and Learning & Career Development.
In her role as coach and facilitator she discovered what she considers the most important elements of professional and personal success and happiness: Resilience, Emotional Intelligence and Inner Balance.
Hence, Birgit’s interventions focus on helping companies become resilient enterprises with happy employees and on helping individuals master their lives in ways that incorporate personal wellbeing.
