BETTER is an acronym made up of the five CORE LEADERSHIP ROLES it measures. Each role is made up of a linked pair of competencies.
One of our guiding principles is that 360 tools should only be used as a development tool. Therefore, the Better360 survey results will only be communicated to the person assessed and will not be shared with anyone else without their permission.
The BETTER 360 Model
