Executive and Personal Coaching
Our Executive or Personal Coaching sessions are aimed at unlocking the power within people to take steps that take them closer to their goals and to make the changes they want in their lives. Our coaches use several models and tools to help direct and focus the conversation as well as identifying plans and actions they can execute.
Usually the Executive Coaching sessions require the synergetic collaboration of the executive, their manager and HR partner and the coach.
Single coaching sessions are available for specific needs like interview preparation or practice, preparing for a keynote presentation or an important pitch, etc.
Talent Hunting & Acquisition
Through our talent hunting efforts (also known as executive search and retained search) we help you find the most suitable and skilled professionals for a specific role in your organization. We not only target job seekers but also professionals who might not be actively looking for a new job and do the admin and interviewing work for you, presenting only a carefully curated group of final candidates.
